Buma Foundation (BF) is a development and humanitarian organization advancing the rights of orphans and equality for orphans by tackling the root causes of the challenges facing orphans and all vulnerable children.
The purpose BUMA FOUNDATION is to seek out the Cameroonian neediest children and orphans and provide them with the necessities; education, training, and inspiration they need to develop, grow and become self-sufficient. We love kids, children are blessing.
Buma Foundation is an empowerment association that sets out to empower the orphans and the needy through social and economic empowerment programs. We exist to guarantee financial independence for orphans and the needy as they look forward to what the future holds. If developed and properly tapped, every orphan or needy can exercise great potentials. THE FOUNDATION is looking towards rescuing as many orphans and the needy as possible from poverty into the halls of financial independence and fame
Mission
We recognize the importance that education has on the body, mind and spirit and we believe that education is the only method by which poverty can truly be reduced. Buma Foundation mission is to cooperate and collaborate with local authorities and members of the community to offer a chance of life and a new start to orphans and other underprivileged children.
We aim to educate them, have necessary health services. We can’t do it all by ourselves that is why every move and step we take we call on God to lead us, and above all the opportunity to grow up healthy and happy in a safe, caring, warm environment.
Vision
Our vision is to seek the Cameroonian most needy children and orphans and provide them with the necessities, education, training and inspiration they need to develop, grow and become self-sufficient.
- The Foundation is established for the purpose of acting in the overall interests of the Cameroonian Society with respect:
- To encourage orphan’s Education through scholarship, donation of educational materials,
- To encourage skills training for orphans and the needy. Fight against poverty through agriculture,
- To promote a self-supporting, mankind especially vulnerable, orphans, needy and the old
